CDP manages three questionnaires: Climate Change, Water Security, and Forests. Companies receive scores from A (leadership) to D- (disclosure). CDP aligns with TCFD and ISSB standards and represents over 740 financial institutions with >$136T in assets. CDP disclosure is often a prerequisite for supply chain membership with major buyers and is integrated into ESG ratings.
