B.E. Computer Science MBA (E-Business) Carbon Market Access CCTS Compliance GreenSetu Platform 17+ Years
New Delhi, India

With 17+ years across technology, e-governance, and business strategy, Naveen co-founded RSustain Carbon Private Limited — the institutional advisory arm positioning RSustain as “The Institutional Gateway to Indian Carbon.” He leads business strategy, client partnerships, and day-to-day operations, overseeing the firm’s three core service lines: market access structuring for the Indian Carbon Market (ICM) and voluntary carbon markets, MRV and verification infrastructure development, and transaction desk support for compliance-defensible carbon credit operations.

B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering with an MBA in E-Business. His digital-first approach shapes RSustain Carbon’s operating model — every client engagement, from CCTS compliance readiness to CBAM export risk advisory, is delivered through structured digital workflows that prioritise audit-grade documentation and verifier-ready outputs per ISO 14064 standards.

Instrumental in the conceptualisation and launch of GreenSetu (greensetu.rsustain.org) — India’s first GST-native carbon risk screening platform. GreenSetu enables organisations to estimate carbon intensity from GST spending data using EXIOBASE input-output modelling calibrated with India-specific energy datasets from CEA, MoEFCC, and IEA, aligned with GHG Protocol Scope 3 Category 1 and PCAF standards. The platform serves MSMEs, banks, NBFCs, and supply chain risk teams with instant carbon exposure screening without primary emissions data collection.

Manages all client engagements across both the India Desk (domestic CCTS compliance, BRSR carbon reporting, MRV capability development) and the Global Desk (international procurement teams seeking integrity-first carbon credit supply). His expertise in e-governance and digital compliance processes ensures RSustain Carbon can serve clients across India without a single office visit — fully online, audit-grade by default.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with professional certifications in VMware virtualisation and cloud infrastructure. His engineering background provides a distinctive systems-thinking approach to building scalable digital platforms for carbon compliance and sustainability services.

Principal architect of the GreenSetu platform infrastructure (greensetu.rsustain.org) — the technology layer powering India’s first GST-native carbon risk screening tool. Responsible for the platform’s cloud deployment, data processing pipelines that integrate EXIOBASE multi-regional input-output modelling with Indian energy datasets, and the secure API architecture serving real-time carbon intensity estimates and Green Score calculations to MSMEs, banks, and ESG analysts.

Also leads the digital infrastructure for RSustain Carbon’s MRV and verification documentation systems — building audit-grade data architectures for boundary definition, activity data protocols, QA/QC workflows, and verification-ready reporting packages aligned with ISO 14064 standards. Oversees process automation across all client engagement workflows, from CCTS compliance readiness assessments to transaction desk documentation.
