Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is the process of analysing, monitoring, and managing the social consequences of development projects, programmes, or policies. It covers involuntary resettlement, livelihood impacts, community health, cultural heritage, Indigenous peoples' rights, gender, and stakeholder engagement. SIA is required under IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and many national EIA regulations. RSustain provides SIA services for infrastructure, mining, and industrial projects.
