TNFD (Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures)

Environmental Management
The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures provides a risk management and disclosure framework for organisations to report and act on nature-related risks and opportunities. Modelled on the TCFD structure (Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, Metrics & Targets), TNFD adds the LEAP approach (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare) for identifying nature-related dependencies and impacts. TNFD aligns with ISSB, GRI, and ESRS frameworks and is being adopted by regulators globally.
