GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System)

GSAS is a performance-based green building certification system developed by the Gulf Organisation for Research and Development (GORD) for the MENA region. It assesses buildings, infrastructure, parks, and districts across eight categories: urban connectivity, site, energy, water, materials, indoor environment, cultural & economic value, and management & operations. GSAS is mandated for government projects in Qatar and is increasingly adopted across the GCC. GSustain is a GSAS Trusted Service Provider.
